She is a Registered Nurse, has a Masters in Psychology, a Clinical Hypnosis Degree, and is qualified in Systemic Coaching, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Mindfulness.
